These terms cover your use of this website and set out the basics of how Axis Studio Fiji ("Axis", "we") works with clients. Each project we take on is governed by its own written proposal. Where a proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins.
Who we are
Axis Studio Fiji is a digital studio based in Nadi, Fiji. We design and build websites, microsites, web applications and custom business systems.
Projects & proposals
- Every engagement starts with a written proposal covering scope, timeline and price. Work begins once the proposal is accepted.
- Estimates given before a proposal (on a call, by email or WhatsApp) are indicative, not binding.
- Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they're built, along with any effect on timeline or cost.
Payment
Payment terms (deposit, milestones and final balance) are set out in each proposal and invoice. Deliverables and handover complete once the final balance is settled.
Ownership
- You own your project. On full payment, the final deliverables we build for you (your site, your system, your content) belong to you.
- Pre-existing tools, frameworks and internal libraries we bring to a project remain ours, licensed to you as part of the deliverable.
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise in your proposal.

The design, code, text and imagery of this site are the property of Axis Studio Fiji. You're welcome to browse and share links, but please don't copy, scrape or reuse the site or its code without written permission.
Accuracy & liability
We keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is". Information here is general and may change. To the extent permitted by law, Axis isn't liable for losses arising from use of this website. Liability on client projects is addressed in each proposal.
Third-party services
Bookings, form delivery and messaging are provided by third parties (Calendly, Formspree, WhatsApp) under their own terms. We're not responsible for their availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji.
