Axis Studio Fiji ("Axis", "we") is a digital studio in Nadi, Fiji. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it, in plain English.
What we collect
- Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: your name, business name, email address, project type and message. The form is delivered by Formspree straight to our studio inbox.
- Call bookings. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp under Meta's terms. We only see what you send us.
- Site preferences. Your sound on/off choice and the position of the sound control are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). They never leave your device.
- Hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, may record standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and running.
What we don't do
We run no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies on this site, and we never sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
How we use your information
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and deliver the services you ask for. If you become a client, project information is kept for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period after, for records and support.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email axisstudiofiji@gmail.com and we'll sort it out, usually within one business day, Nadi time.
Third-party links
This site links to a few external services (Formspree, Calendly, WhatsApp, Google Maps). Once you leave our site, their privacy policies apply, not ours.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
